UFFICIO™ is the design practice of SOFIA NOCETI and CRISTA BERNASCONI.
After 10 years of experience as solo designers, we founded this common space with a shared vision of evolving the scope of our work. The studio specializes in creating thoughtful brands through a conceptual approach and design research, bringing unique visual languages to the table. Collaboration and genuine interest are the core of our process. Delving deep into each client’s needs, we assemble bespoke teams with designers from various disciplines. Our goal is to push the boundaries of design, taking it into an evocative and disruptive dimension to communicate visual messages from a new perspective.

SOFIA NOCETI    FOUNDER - CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Curious, tenacious, and devoted to her craft. Her process is continuous, finding answers through action and proposing disruptive solutions. She despises Excel and any tool that limits her. She doesn't like to define or compromise herself. She prefers delving into exploration and integrating diverse worlds: engraving, geology, risography, Eastern culture, music, and reading. For her, more is more.

CRISTA BERNASCONI     FOUNDER - CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Ideas and images come to her in dreams or as messages during her waking hours. Her strength lies in developing visual stories to guide and organize the design process. To her, words and images are the same. Insightful, she reexamines ideas that don't fit well to incorporate fresh concepts. She loves order and humor, as well as chaos and spontaneity. From her perspective, everything is possible.

LUNA NUÑEZ    PROJECT MANAGER

Visual artist and project manager. Detail-oriented yet calm in the middle of chaos, she connects people, ideas, and processes with sensitivity and precision. Her path has been shaped by traveling, living, and working across diverse places and teams. She loves people, nature, and animals, and finds joy in both deep conversations and absolute silence. She believes mistakes are opportunities for transformation. Disruptive yet adaptable, always in motion, she brings the richness of her experiences into each collaboration.

LUIS CRUZ   GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Designer and anthropologist exploring the intersection of branding, motion, and editorial work. His practice combines visual experimentation with an anthropological lens, revealing the social and cultural layers of images. Self-taught in the arts, he moves between drawing, painting, and digital sculpture to create identities and visual systems that build meaning through materials and context.
